Walkie Talkie Mic and Speaker

I know that this topic has been discussed time and again and yes, I did try the 'Search Feature'.My question is regarding the handheld mic and dash mounted speake for walkie talkies.Since my convoy-following and driving skills need much to be desired, I think I will need to 'communicate' much more often, I want to buy the mic and speaker.Please any advise regarding the price and if any specific brand? And where in Dragon Mart (never entered that place!!)Thanks every body
