Hi Almosters,
After a Long Story, I end up with one single key for my TJ :055:
So is the only way to make a new one is just to give a visit to Jeep Dealer and pay a lot for it? or there is another way?
I already have a new Jeep blank key, but if I did cut/shape it I can't do the immobilizer programming as its required two keys to be done..
Any escape way for this...
Thanks
Zak

Hi,
Every car key is pre-programmed and a blank key can be used only to unlock the car, other wise it wouldn't serve the actual purpose.
Only way is to get a new key done from an authorised Jeep dealers and they charge you AED 370 per key.
Regards,

Hey,
I've done a key cutting & Programming in SHJ, and it works great for DHS 200 (JEEP JK)
The shop name is Al-Jarah, BMW Road, Sharjah Industrial Area.

Good luck...

Not sure if it will work for you but when I was in Iraq working on suburbans - I would get two new basic spare keys cut and duck tape the original key inside the steering column.
