"Hardly any" scratches and "NO" Scratches is a big difference for me :011:
On a serious note, whatever technique they use, i am sure you have swirl marks on your ride resulting from the kind of washes you do.

Darshan if you was it yourself also very carefully you will get swirl marks at some point......Me I am not planning to give my FJ to my grandkids so I dont ist Ok for me !
Kids in the neighbourhood have left more scratches than the wash guy !
