We would like proudly to announce that Emirates Motor Sports Club is inviting Almost4x4 Off-Road Club to be their field organizers/marshals in the UAE Rally Championship Round 3.  It is going to consist of 

THREE SESSIONS each will be of THREE special stages.

We would like to extend this invitation to our members to join us as audience where you are going to enjoy the picture taken and be live in the action Also we are going to Marshal the event which is mainly" Making sure that track is secure ". So if you have the time and would like to try a new type of experience please register your name in the event and make sure that you have all the following because it is for your safety and the others.

Rally time - Saturday 11-april 2015

09:00 – 11:00

12:00 – 13:30

14:00 – 16:00

General Comments.

• •        Saturday morning  we need to move SHARP from the meeting point in Ras Alkhaimah  08:00 AM ( so manage your time to be there bef
• •        We can make the 3 sessions as Separate Convoys to guarantee the number of people for the whole rally.
• •        Rally Marshals must be at the gathering point 1 HOURS before the sessions starting time
• •        We need minimum 10 MARSHAL.
• •        The rally marshals must be Serious & have GPS

Minimum Recovery Equipment:

·        Rated (approved) snatch strap
·        2 Rated Shackles
·        Rated Hook
·        Car jack
·        Tyre deflator
·        Shovel
·        Spare tyre in good shape
·        Front & rear towing points
·        Air compressor
·        Base plate for jacking vehicle

Minimum safety equipment:
- Fire extinguisher
- Flag pole including flag
- Communication device ( Walkie Talkie)

NOTE :

   if you need to join all rallys please register in first convoy ( Rally 09:00 – 11:00 )

   if you need to join some rally please register in other convoy which best to your time
