Dear Newbie Drivers with more than 5 but max 10 drives with the club,

this trip is dedicatged to you, we are going to drive in Sweihan area....something new for most of you!

We will have 1 convoy with max 8 cars, place are limited to get the max benefit for all participants

The track is expected to be interesting, you will for sure remove a bit of rust ..... :-)

Please make sure you have a full tank, enough water and last but not least, plastic bags to collect the garbage

JAZZ - Marshals

• Only for Marshals & Crew registrations

​JAZZ – Newbies 5 to 10 (8 cars max) 

• Only for Newbies with more than 5 drives but max 10 drives with the club

JAZZ -  Maybe list 

• It is somehow the replacement for Waiting List

​Before trip it is advisable to read club notes on safety and driving in convoy.

Important Notes:

A real off-roader must be able to read and understand all instructions given to her/him not only during the drive, but also at the registration process, to ensure the safety and success of the whole event. So pls follow all instructions accordingly.

We ask all registered drivers, who for some reason cannot join, to remove their registration from the list, to allow others to take the free places in the convoy.
Those drivers who are not sure, if they can join, should place their name on the Maybe list.

It is the responsibility of the driver to decide, whether it is safe to take passengers, especially children, on a trip by trip basis. We don’t advise to have the children under age of 6, at all our trips, in the driver’s car. Young children MUST be seated in an approved car seat, in the rear of the vehicle, AND securely fastened with seat belts in their own designated rear seat, and not sitting on driver’s or passenger’s laps.
However we bring your attention to the fact that the leading Marshal may not authorize a driver to be in the convoy, who does not comply with the safety requirements, based on the planned trip level.
