Dear Members


We would like proudly to announce that Emirates Motor Sports Federation is inviting Almost4x4 Off-Road Club to be their field organizers/marshals in the  Emirates Desert Championship Round 5

  . We would like to extend this invitation to our members to join us as audience where you are going to enjoy the picture taken and be live in the action Also we are going to Marshal the event which is mainly" Making sure that track is secure ". So if you have the time and would like to try a new type of experience please register your name in the event and make sure that you have all the following because it is for your safety and the others.

NOTE: 

1- To Be Rally Marshals MUST did at least 5 official trips with almost4x4 offroad club 

2 - All participating Rally Marshals are going to be given  EMSF Certificate later + Profile Badge in Club Website .

3- Rally Audience can get great place to shoot great photo 

 

Important note for audience ​members:

1. You are going to enter the rally with our marshals where you are going to be placed in certain places.
2. You can't leave the rally before the lunch break or the end of the rally. " For Your Own Safety"
3. You can’t move around while the rally is ON. " For Your Own safety "
4. Bring your own FOOD &DRINKS because you can't leave your place.
5. Bring Umbrella if you like or you can set in your car.
6. If you have the Almost4x4 T-Shirt then it is recommended to wear it.
7. Bring Your wakie talkie, it is going to be fun to hear the marshals
8. It is recommended to have a flag pole. " For Your Own Safety"


Minimum Recovery Equipment for the marshals :

· Rated (approved) snatch strap

· 2 Rated Shackles
· Rated Hook
· Car jack
· Tyre deflator
· Shovel
· Spare tyre in good shape
· Front & rear towing points
· Air compressor
· Base plate for jacking vehicle

Minimum safety equipment for the marshals :

- Fire extinguisher
- Flag pole including flag
- Communication device ( Walkie Talkie)


Marshals & audience The program will be as following

1. We are going to meet on 13/2/2015 at 07:00  am and move at 07:15 am SHARP. ( thursday you will get the P.M with meeting point )
2. All Rally marshals will get a quick brief on what is the task which is mainly “ making sure that the track is free of cars or animals while the rally is on.
3. Arrive at Rally Starting point at 7:15 am.
4. It will take around 45 min to dispatch the marshals 
5. The Rally will start around 08:00 am
6. The Rally will take around 4 hours between 8:00 am so we area approximately going to finish around 12:00 pm
7. Bring your friends with you if like to chit chat cuz it is going to 4 hours in total. Also I recommend to take your cameras with you cuz you can get EXCELLENT SHOTS.

Please Don’t forget to bring your RADIO “ Walkie Talkie” or you are going touse your mobile for communications
