Testing the waters

There is another thread with the same name but there is some spam garbage (not meaning @mpodroid 
), so I am creating another one.
We were starved for inter drives, especally after the desired trip to Wagan was cancelled by the UAE-wide storm. Fortunately @Solmaz got sorry for us and brought us to Sweihan! After several dropouts we ended up being a small group of 6 inters and our brave Marshall without any support around.
We played in the familiar area, and the weather was interesting - there were areas of dry sand with patches of wet post-rain sand, but not everywhere, so the driving surface was changing. We had to miss some of the largest dunes such as the Old Madam due to an interfering convoy, but there were no big breaks and the system was the Last Man Standing, so we got plenty of food anyway, and we played safe.
Eventually the only loss was an access card that flew from @Solmaz's window, which added the an extra quality to the drive in the form of a small Treasure hunt" exercise, unfortunately the treasure stays tehre till next time.
