I painted my frame

I am looking for a shop to give me a frame report. I made the mistake of painting my frame around a week before I got my 1995 YJ inspected. I never knew this would lead to so much trouble and it failed the inspection. I painted the frame because I like my vehicles to look really nice and use it as well. I have learned my lesson and now with a limited budget was told it would be around 1800 Dirhums just to go on this machine at the Jeep dealer in Dubai. I do not believe there is anything wrong as last year it passed inspection and I am very easy on my vehicle. It has not seen any desert driving other than slow speeds and has never had a repair that I know of.
Please help.
