where to get Off-road rims and tires

Hey Guys,I'm new on the site and Off-roading, i Just got my self a Jeep XJ but wanted to change the rims and tires to something better...
Any Advice on where to go for the best deals? and dont even mind used Rims as long as there in good condition..

You can try the Iranian Tyre shops in Shrjah industrial area ( sahara road ) , the best combination for XJ is the 15' x 8" GT wheel rims( around 1k ) along with the 275 / 60 / 15 Cooper Cobra tires ( around 2k ) . total budget will be 2800 to 3000 Dh ...

i have used 15" x 11" offset rims on my XJ which i was thinking of selling .... i can sell them to you for a cheaper price
