Was your tyre pressure too low? How did it happen really?

Thanks capri for the nice trip,it was smooth and at the same time challenging,its always kool to drive with you.

My tire pressure was 12 psi, and this happened for the first time with me after getting my new BFG all terrain.
I am always keeping this pressure with no issues.
Basically there was a hump while climbing a very small dune, when i hit that hump the front of my car slide downword a little bit and then i noticed that my wheel is kissing the poped out tire, hahaha
