So it turns out that I have not been the only one thinking that you have not been Marshal before. Well, for me you have been Marshal from the day I joined.
Marshalling does not only mean to lead or in your case taking the favorite Sweep position, volunteering to take on the responsiblity for all members to keep them safe and trying to teach them correct ways takes a lot efforts too.
You are one the warm heartest persons I have met so far,honest, humble, caring and kind. Stay this way Abu Jimmy. xo

Abu Jimmy
I had my first trip with you 2 weeks back and I must say the way you interacted with a club member like me and my brothers was the way marshall should be. You were knowledgeable, encouraging and at the same not letting us get carried away with enthusiasm. In the night drive I was behind you and i got slowed down a bit and you came back for us immediately. Congratulations from all of us and look forward to learning from you on the future trips.
