Sony Vegas Pro 11.0 64-bit for Intel PC equipped with powerfull processor, e.g I7 and enough memory. It is more stable as Adobe Premiere 64-bit.

After Effects is definitely not for video editing. It was developed for animations, mostly as trial from Adobe to enter 3D market.
