Hello everyone,

Apologies if this question has been answered before, but I searched high and low for this information which I don't seem to find easily.

I would like to transfer my birdseye imagery files from my mac's hard drive to an external drive, and have basecamp look for the files on my external drive, rather than my mac's harddrive.

Can anyone offer some tips? I'm using a Montana 600.

Regards,

Booy

Sounds like you want a combination of:

This: https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.ph ... les-stored

And this: https://gigaom.com/2011/04/27/how-to-cr ... -on-a-mac/

I'll try it when I get some time, i'm in the same situation, the files are taking up valuable space!

Hey @matts ,

Thanks for those links. I found the very same link with regards to Windows, but could not find a Mac solution. Let me know once you've had some time to try it.

I will in the meantime also try and attempt this, based on that second link you have posted. Hope I don't break anything..
