Ready made upgrades are too expensive , changing the butterfly to a bigger one is close to impossible ( very unprofessional local machine shops ). The horse power increment is neglectable but the throttle reaction is swifter and noticeable on low RPM .

Its better than nothing at all , nonetheless you have to be very careful when doing the machine boring as 0.1 mm over bored throttle may choke the engine when accelerating from 0 km/h.

Redshark, go for the safer bet, upgrade to old Mustang injectors from a 5.0 . It atomises the fuel better because they spray the fuel not squirt like our Jeep injectors. If u get ur hands on used ones, check flow rate before installation. You can also run KN dryfilter for more air, NOT the oiled red ones. And a larger exhaust Muffler can also help with low end power. While you are at it, you may also consider a stage two Mopar cam shaft. These 'simple mods' will give you a complete new experience bro ... well, and a few less mpgs too.

Seriously, throttle body upgrades on stock vehicles, on their own, will have negligible impact on power. It wont even be noticible on its own. A group of performance upgrades will cost you a lot of money, in the end it will be money you will never recover.
